If you like to safe investment then Dha phase2 10 marla 4.5 to 5 Million P and N block.
2:Bahria phase8 F1 10 marla 4.3 to 4.8.
3:Wait up to Dec if Gulberg give possession then A,B,F are good options.
4:Other hand B-17 just B block.
5:G-15 also good option.
Allah is the best planner and he knows what will be the best for us.

Highly commendable suggestion, Nadeem Sahab, but in this budget BT Rawalpindi a 10 Marla in sector E seems equally good. Good location at height, no filling and nice scenery.
Agree with you sir that E is good option and price is also less than F1.

What about I-12, a 30*60 in 4 million range?
Still lots and lots afghans are sitting in I-12 towards Nust wall side. Number is around 7000. And their qty is increasing as affectees,of I-11 hav started shifting here. Any suggestions for investing in I-12 25 x 50 or 30 x 60.
