In residential & commercial property management, we took the bold steps of branding to First Service Residential, opening a new chapter in the story of Islamabad largest manager of residential communities. We sold Field Asset Services, a business that provided us with very strong cash flows and earnings even during the global financial crisis Gulf & USA. We completed five residential societies including plotting, land development and construction by investing in excess of 5 billion Pak Rupees. Our balance sheet at year-end was as strong as it's ever been with low leverage and ample liquidity to support continued growth. Finally, for the first time in our history, we are initiating a dividend on our common shares on which we will pay dividend creates a new source of income for our partners & shareholders. Here are some additional highlights from 2013-2014: A key achievement during last year was the addition of Colliers International-UAE, a market leader in UAE's strongest market with significant operations in Dubai, and Abu Dahbi. Here are just a few of the numerous awards and distinctions earned during the year: o 3rd largest global player based on revenues o 2nd most recognized real estate brand in the world by The Harouge Oil Operations Company Libya for the 9th consecutive year o One of the fastest-growing major residential real estate company based on revenue growth o Ranked #1 real estate firm in Dubai, and Libya. o Ranked #4 real estate advisors in UAE by Uaemoney for the first time. Residential, Islamabad largest manager of low, medium and high-rise condominiums, co-op's and other residential communities, increased revenue by 9% with profits down slightly because of the upgrade of NEXUS branding and other related costs incurring during the year. We welcomed Chartered Engineer Tauqeer Hussain Shah as a Chairman NEXUS. Shah's impressive track record in world known lastly worked companies including Petro Canada and his commitment to exceptional customer service is already paying surpluses, as we continue to expand our market leading presence across Pakistan and UAE. NEXUS Brands, one of Pakistan's largest providers of property services, increased its revenue by 12% and 20%, respectively, driven by the outstanding efforts of its more than two company-owned operations.
