AN Capital is a real estate company founded in 2018, headquartered at Scheme33 Karachi, by a group of experienced investors and engineers with sole purpose to help the people of Karachi in finding and building their new homes to settle in. It finds, acquires, rents, invests in, and builds pieces of real estate for its clients. Sustainable capital investment in real estate is the way to build a better confidence in investors of Pakistan. The current functions of the company incorporates brokerage between clients, construction and consultation of pieces of real estate in Scheme 33, Karachi for its national and international clients.
