Building has a very secured place with service being offered at a nominal rate, if the owner wants, if not, then cleaning, reception services, etc will not be offered. But cost is very reasonable so people get services. Also, many families come and stay for months or weeks here and Service Manager has his house below the hills also. He is a good man with agile staff that takes away the little worries as well.
