2. References I'd card contact number.
3. Call the reference for verification
4. See nikkah namah
5. Sign agreement and collect payment
5. Registration in police station 7 days
6. Also 6 post dated cheques . And proof that they can pay rent easily. Any business card or job reference with company name.
After That they can move in after 7 days of payment. NOT BEFORE!
Please inform them this because this is a family home. We cant allow any party or girlfriends at home.
For police station registration they have to come to the police station only on 1 day. Registration process will take 7 days. After that you can move in. not before!
