Since this is a balloted apartment, I have got 500,000 (5lac) discount on the total amount. (9,900,000 - 500,000) 9,400,000/-
I have paid Rs. 1,341,250/- amount and the next installment will be due after 3 months
My asking price is Rs. 1,750,000/- (1. 75m) - 4 lac rupees own amount
The file will be transferred on the buyers name by paying Rs 5000 - 15000 rupees only.
