It is a gated community that has two divisions: Phase I and Phase II. The society is located close to Soan Gardens and Motorway M-2. CBR Town is located nearly 13 kilometres from Islamabad International Airport. Water, gas and electricity supplies are provided. This society tries its best to ensure residents don’t have to face any power shortage issues. The town has two entry points, where security guards have been stationed for the safety of residents. For higher education, the nearest universities to the town are Institute of Space Technology, Institute of Natural and Management Sciences, and COMSATS University. Al Khidmat Raazi Hospital is the only healthcare facility in this society. The hospital is well equipped to deal with medical emergencies. Other than this hospital, local clinics are also present in CBR Town.
CBR Town is a small society. There is a grocery shop called Arham Super Store that offers a wide variety of everyday essential items. More stores are being built by the authorities. For shopping, you can head to Farman Plaza in Pakistan Town, which is nearly 2 km away from Phase 1 (Block C), China City Mall in PWD Housing Society, which is at the distance of 2-3 km, and Malik Arcade in Police Foundation, which is also about 2 km from the same point. For food, there are local eateries like Marries’ Co Pizza & Burger, Naan Shop, and Tomatino Pizza Fiesta. If you want variety, you can head to Bahria Town, Phase 4, on Corniche Road in Rawalpindi, which is located at a distance of 3 to 3.5 km from CBR Town.
CBR Town is considered as an affordable place to live even for people from relatively low-income backgrounds. It is a well-planned town where facilities like malls, arcades, and cinemas will be available soon. This Town has been divided into several blocks for better navigation and the authorities are acquiring more land to extend the project.
