Marine Drive stretches across an entire side of the Gwadar sea front and allows captivating views of the blue waters of the Arabian Sea. Marine Drive is a key segment of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), as it allows the development of residential and commercial properties that are located along the entirety of this road. Moreover, with the existence of Marine Drive, the distance between the Gwadar Port and the city center is reduced to minutes — from hours.
