So, at some point in 2018, about 150 backdated plots were allotted illegally in sectors I-12 and I-13 of the federal capital. The allottees were not entitled to the said plots but they received them nonetheless – through under-the-table bribes. CDA’s officials are as crooked as it gets!
CDA chairman made a committee and tasked it to investigate the backdate allotments on 22 February 2020. The committee was given one month to finish their investigation and unearth the culprits behind the massive corruption scandal.
According to rumours and presumptions, some of the CDA’s top level land directorate officials are involved in the illegal allotment.
The question is:
Does anybody know about the further proceedings of the case?
And will the CDA reveal the black sheep in their own midst?
I do not think so. They will put a heavy rug on the issue.
