I am in process of buying 1 kanal plot and i have two options one is 50’ * 90’ and other is 60’ * 75’ . From house layout point of view, which one is typically preferred and why? Any advice/ opinion will be highly appreciated.

Big plot is always better for layout, but other things also count like plot orientation, location and budget etc. For comparison two plots you can contact me.

60'x75' plot is better than 50'x90' but you need to check site for best possible opportunities. If you get a 5090 plot in reasonable price with ideal orientation & other accessible options than its more than enough in comparison with 6075 plot on a dead location.Please keep in mind all the aspects while buying any sort of property.
