Next jump IMO will come when the expressway completes and I think that's a long way off considering the current pace of construction.
Prices have stagnated in K/L/M these last 2-4 months.
Sharjeel sb, I don't foresee any sudden significant jump in prices in the near future. Growth will be slow and steady linked with construction activity.
