Assalam o Alaikum,

Dear members, I need your advice on what would be the better option to invest. I have budget of around 3.5 million and I'm looking to invest it in property in Lahore. I am hoping for some residential plot in DHA rahbar phase ii or fazaiya. Which one is the better option you think and risk free? Or is there any other better option than these two? I already have a plot in Bahria so i don't want to invest there again.

Please advise. Looking forward to your expert opinions.

DHA Rehbar and Fazaia both are risk free in terms of fraud or qabza group etc. Fazaia location is better, its development is also good. Ready made houses are also available in Fazaia on installment that means this society will be populated quicker than DHA RahberII. This is just my opinion! Rest Allah Almighty knows the best
