Working in a company for sometime. Have piled together a meagre savings of just 33-35 lacs. Want to make a good long term (4-5 yr) investment. Some people are telling me to purchase the phase 9 1 kanal file whereas others suggest i buy a 10 marla actual plot in phase 7. Please advise.

I don't think their is any investment actually safe in Pakistan. Their is too much corruption and no safety. So no investment is safe.
