I screened down above societies according to 20 lac plot budget for 5-10 marla.I am willing to build house inshallah soon so possession should be ready. Please mention merits and demerits for each society.

No one can satisfied you except you dear. The only way to find out what is best for you is to visit thoroughly not only these but more societies in couple of weeks. Make a checklist of good or bad things like, 1. On daily basis, how much you need to travel from your working place 2. Distance from a good education institutes, medical/emergency facilities. 3. What services a society offers to its residents. Like incase of water shortage alternate plans, streets, lights, roads maintenance services, safety 4. How is electric load management system is 5. Play grounds/ parks, clubs, markets, bakery, restaurants etc. 6. It also depends upon your own lifestyle, where you would like to live in short.
Thanks for reply.I will rephrase my question: In above societies how close are hospital,quality school & colleges and how is maintenance standard like water supply,load shedding and development standards. I am living abroad and can't visit every area that's why i short listed societies according to my budget and needs. Any experience about above societies from forum members will be appreciated. Thanks

I am also overseas pakistani and have recently purchased a house in air port housing socity sector 1 which is better than all above socities you have asked. Thia might help you. Best wishes

Hey, pwd and national police foundation 0-9 are on the same road. Both are close to hospitals like shafi international hospital, shifa international hospitals clinic, agha khan hospital laboratory, begum akhtar rukhsana memorial hospital(bahria town), there are few other hospitals too, and they are opened in the houses of the above mentioned societies. Anyways, virtually every bank of pakistan has a branch at the walking distance from both of the societies. From the point of view of primary and secondary education of children, it too is available to the residents of both of the societies very close to their homes in the form of roots, beacon house, city white oaks, ace(bahria town), lahore school systems and many other. So all in all both societies have very big and ever growing commercial area. Visit them, prices are showing an increasing trend on the basis of the above mentioned detail.
Just visit bahria phase 8 rafi block at the moment price of 5 marla is within your budget or near. Security & maintenance wise is good.
