So you suggest that Real Estate alone may not be the solution.
One business case that attracts is of construction of home for the purpose of selling...Theoretically speaking, (what is in my mind) if I buy a 10 Marla in Bahria Phase 8 Overseas block in 10M and spend another 10-12 million on construction, then this will definitely give a return of around 5M. The total time span of this investment may take 18-24 months.
What do you suggest about this business case, keeping in view the construction package which may lead to a very narrow demand-supply gap one year from now i.e. There will be a lot of constructed homes, shops, plaza available and might be fewer purchasers.
