You can also consider investing 10% of this amount in reputed international companies on a long term basis e.g. Tesla, Amazon, Apple, Google, ASML etc. Some companies i.e Tesla are up 500%+ year on year even after a recent fall in share value. Make sure you choose a reputable share broker preferably based in a country that has strong law and institutions to protect your investment.

Sir it depends on your choice which field you like at this moment Food Franchise Opportunities are reasonable in Pak around 10 to 20 million depend on brand.Telecom Franchise like Upone,ZONG,telenor act 2.5 to 6 million depend on location.Good brands distribution business.Pepsi,Coca Cola distributorship 10 to 40 million depend on location.we can earn more than plots,shops rent if we spend daily 8 to 12 hours in our business as i said plots,files,rental act for those who are not present or those who gov,Army retired or handicap or big investors who have some spare budget.

One business case that attracts is of construction of home for the purpose of selling...Theoretically speaking, (what is in my mind) if I buy a 10 Marla in Bahria Phase 8 Overseas block in 10M and spend another 10-12 million on construction, then this will definitely give a return of around 5M. The total time span of this investment may take 18-24 months.

What do you suggest about this business case, keeping in view the construction package which may lead to a very narrow demand-supply gap one year from now i.e. There will be a lot of constructed homes, shops, plaza available and might be fewer purchasers.

Construction business is different than invest in plots if you like construction then go to start small plots 3 to 5 marla once you become expert then go to bigger plots 10 to kanal.you can get best and sincere idea from AQ sab as he is fully involve in construction business.

Sector C seems to be stalled...no info why less sale purchase activity in this sector.
Sector D is very hot in army allocation ares after sector F.
Some of the reasons of Sector D being hot is that it is on hilly area and there are bigger plot ...2 kanal but not available in market...may be reserved for high brass ranks in later time.
Sector F is most hot & catching most activity due to the lake and also mountains area.
Sector C is a puzzle but DHA is calm...may be land posession problems or something DHA does not want to disclose now!

There are people who have no kind of issue with their finances when they have that kind of amount in income. However, if there are people who are looking to throw some of their funds away with some kind of leisure, I can see some online casino platforms like libancasino that you can take a look at. 5 million profit on a 10 marla plot even in overseas in phase-8 is very idealistic and hard to materialise, even if you do A+ construction quality.
We have made houses & plazas at Rs 3400/sq ft on houses & 3500 on commercials but that is now a past story.
Now material has gone expensive and we are projecting our next commercial in phase-8 @ not less than Rs 3,900/sq ft.
You can get good profit if:
...Plot is on cutting terrain
...No basement at all as BT murders on basement.
...We are exercising both models, such as partnerships on plaza and providing construction services as well.
...Commercial project is more profit oriented compared to the residentials plus houses need more time for selling whereas if you do commercial in hot areas, it could sell even before completion. It happened with us. We have sold 6 story plaza but lift & tiles is still ongoing.
...Part of phase-8 needs RDA's approval as well and you may have to deal with the determined bad guys, too!
...The project itself must be completed within 2 years as delays shot down the % of profit per annum.
...The reason I am not suggesting basement: We have recently completed a 10 marla 3 story house in phase-8 with A+ construction with open full basement & put it on sale but due to hugely expensive full basement, buyers visit and so far each of them praised our quality but still not sold. Even sitting chief election commissioner liked the house and wanted to buy but even at justified profit, CEC still undecided & we offered one year full guarentee on every thing, too.
...We know it will be sold as built with honesty but delay will reduce our profit.
...If you give your project to a reputable contractor, just settle with him at 10 & 12% for service charges: 10% if owner provides all material & 12% if you make buying on the owner's behalf.

In my opinion to get monthly return you should invest in commercial projects but you should only invest in those commercial projects who are serious about their delivery time.

I myself searched for a commercial option on GT road, Expressway and Enclave for over a month and finally invested in Zeta Mall with good discount.

The second area of preference would definitely be Gulberg.
