Where to invest 20 million rupees in Islamabad?
Spread it out in G-13, F-15/G-15, E-17/3, F-18, F-17, B-17 etc. If you want few investments or single investment go for main road plot in G-13 size 35x70 who's about RS 15 million in price.
Agree with pk1and also kindly mention ur preferences u need a single plot or multi options, CDA sectors or pvt sectors then it will be easy to share
I think splitting ur investment as mentioned by Pk1, will give u a lot more return then a single plot.
