Go for 8 Marla plot in Bahria Orchard around 22 to 23 Lac .

I don't think, you can get any good option in this range.
5 marla in Bahria Enclave is around 32 lacs, which could be a good option.

In Phase 8 you wont be able to get a ready possession plot in this price range, you can get a file, which i will not recommend, better buy a plot in DHA valley and another plot in Top City 1.

You maybe able to get a file in barhia phase 8 ext but unsure what the profit rate is there? So this may also be out of your budget…
