200 sq yards roughly is I suppose the equivalent of 8-10 marla? They sold 500 sq yard plots to civilians for 2 million at first so for 200 sq yard, I think the price would be half of that.
Prices largely depend upon the development work in the locality. They quicker the develop the project, the higher the prices will be. I am not in Karachi and therefore not in a position to give you an accurate guess. I'll let one of our folks in Karachi to handle your query.
