I explore many options such as PWD, Airport housing Society Sector 1, Bahria Town Pindi but need expert advice where I should buy and immediate shifting from Peshawar. With all due respect I understand that Nafees Bhatti has loads and loads of love for Bahria housing so do I regard it, but answer to every investment cannot be and should not be Bahria.
Working guy need to keep in mind the travel distance to their workplace every day and the daily cost that would add to their budgets eventually making a wrong choice more expensive.
Brother Saqib please let know where will you be working in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and what size house you are looking for? If working in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, you sure will find better options in close vicinity to your work area.

I have next to no love for Bahria Town. I say things like that when the power outage gets to me. It has been hell lately in the heat of Lahore. And so yes, the fact that Bahria has its own grid station makes me think it is indeed the best community for living.
I think it would not be easy to find something reasonable in Islamabad with that budget. I am not sure if you are actively looking for a house or you simply testing the waters. If you have spoken to a good real estate agent, I am guessing you haven't, he would have given you the same advice.
Rawalpindi is a different case. You should be able to find an okay place with that budget over there. Keep in mind, anything which is close to be located to all the nice localities will be expensive. But again, if price is an element then Rawalpindi would be more of a place which will fit in your budget. Hope this helps.

I must propose 4 u to visit a buy plot in Fazaia Tarnol, where all are already made available and functional, as this is not like a private scheme (i.e. Bahria etc. etc.), but it is the scheme directly run by Pakistan Air Force (PAF) serving command. The location is also best from the point of view that it is situated at the helm of Peshawar/Islamabad motorway at Tarnol Interchange very close to the newly constructed Islamabad International Airport, and as such, a headache free access to Peshawar, Lahore, Islamabad via motorway.
Prices are also very reasonable at this time, because after becoming of the newly developed Islamabad Int'l Airport fully functional, it would become a place of immense importance for providing residential/staying facilities t the airport staff, CAA staff, national/international passengers.

My uncle bought 8 marla house in PWD for 72 lac about an year ago. You may try there... location wise PWD is also good for Islamabad. PWD commercial is big stretched along the main road and some brands are there such as Rahat Bakery, metro shoes and other brands don't remember now. PWD is close to the Bahria (in fact Bahria access road goes through PWD). You may try Soan Garden society which is next to PWD... some one saying that it is also good. You must visit the location before make your decision. You need to research the area before buying.

Did you found house in islamabad or no as your post is almost one year ago.
I screened down price wise and location wise pwd,soan garden areas for buying plot for myself and build house inshallah.
These socities have good location as they are along islamabad expressway.
