7 Marla in Bahria Town RWP with two portions

Hi,
I wanted to build 2 portions house (on 7 Marla) in Bahira Town RWP. I have following questions

1. Is renting one of the portion allowed?
2. How much will be the Covered SQ FT?
3. What is the current Rate for Gray Structure and Finishing A Category?

Yes Renting 1 portion is allowed in bahria town.
Approximately covered area of 7 marla is 2900 to 3000.
Grey structure rate Ranges from 1400 to 1600 sft depending on structural Design and A class finishing starting from 2600 depending on your choice of finishes materials.
We already have 7 marla under construction site in bahria town phase 8.
