Which one is better for 3 to 5 years investment.

G-15 7 marla. The growth in 7 marla in g-15 in terms of ROI has been greater in just the past 2 years than f-15 10 marla and should continue to grow at similar pace until f-15 gets some decent access of its own (least likely if you have visited and seen the place) and they atleast do they something about its markaz (least likely). So virtually f-15 has potential growth but practically not.

Hmm ok. By the way f-15 will gain but g-15 should gain far much better in comparison according to me, given the time frame you mentioned
G-15 IS much better than F-15, I will go for G-15
G 15 performed best when you see record,in 2007 nd 8 ,7 marla plot was about 14 lakh,in 2012 was 50 and now 80 lakh excellent growth but when you compare 1 kanl plot not much growth in that,its demand and supply and lot of people prefer 7 marla secondry to cost of construction,so i am not sure how much potential left i have 4 7 marla back in 2007 now i have 1 last one i sell n 2012 for 57 lakh in impression that may be it will not give much now and 1 left 1 but i am surprised by the growth.So lets see.

U r rite. Prices hv increased many folds in last few years. So while looking at the price tag of 8 m in G-15 for 7 marla, generally people say that price might not increase a lot in the near future n they go for 10 marla in F-15 from investment point of view. However based on the demand for smaller plots in G-15,i stil think price wil rise til 90 to 95 lacs. At the same time price increase in G-15 wil hv ripple effect on F-15.
I don’t have a good idea about these areas, can someone please explain what is the possession and development status of these sectors … Thanks
G-15 is almost fully in possession and developed.
F-15 is partially developed and in possession.

F-15 is better investment if you just look at prices of commercial plot in Markaz of F-15. For residential as well F-15 is better because it has mostly bigger plots as compared to G-15 so less congestion compared to G-15.
What about G-16 sub-sectors which are adjacent to G-15? It also seems to have some potential. I saw some at double road having size of 50x90. I do not remember it's prices but those seemed to be promising investment.
I think Isloo had also pointed out its potential growth in the past.
