I\'m interested in buying a residential plot in gwader. But the thing is i don\'t live in pakistan nor do i know any one in baluchistan. Even though i believe that gwader is future but i\'m bit concerned about security situation in pakistan.What do u guys suggest, i should do?
Buy green palm file, from Lre or upn as you r in abroad , do not worry just send them 2 pics scan and id card and nominee id and money . Its safe and will gain in time to come , suits u better to act than doing nothing in gwadar
Buy only in Govt housing societies in Gwadar like Singhar and New Town. U can buy developed & possesion plot in these societies even if you are abroad. Safe and secure investment.
Yes, Govt schemes like Singhar and New Town are best if one is willing to buy on cash... Location of those is also good.

Boss, some good property dealers of Lahore and Karachi are dealing in Govt societies. U can contact them to buy plots in Singhar and New Town. I personally prefer New Town because it’s populated having all facilities and Govt offices nearby.
