I would like to invest in residential plots in rawalpindi/islamabad. I keep on hearing there is no opportunity to gains in pindi/islamabad as prices are stagnant. I would like to invest for 1-2 years. Can anyone please advice? Thank you

It's depend on your budget.If you like to invest in safe zone then Dha phasse2 or Bahria phase8 only in developed blocks or B-17 B,C and E blocks or Gulberg depend on development.
