The main reason is that prices are stag-net in ghori town now, and its now on the peak where i had invested (phase 3,4). So i am thinking to sell some of them if i find a better alternate, but still i have some plots in phase 5-a and phase 7...For long term
Dear brother 30 x 60 plot price is almost 14 lac and 35 x 70 price is around 18 to 19 lac also consider cdechs and f 16 jkchs for short term investment. All the best
