Aoa. I want to buy a plot for constrcution in govt. Teachers co-operative housing society located in scheme 33. Is this society best for investmnet ? Please guide me.

as per my knowledge is concerned, per marla rate in this locality is around Rs. 4.5 lacs/marla.
So, i guess there is a potential of growth, but it doesnt seem so attractive to me.
Confirm about the development status and future prospects and then take an investment decision.
