I have aplot in l block dha phase 2 commeners. And that one in hold area i mean litigation. In strret 9 . Near plot 17 and 18.What is its worth,should i sell it or keep it, any guru’s comments,thanks and oblige. Asghar
You should keep it/retain it.
Their are still many areas in M,and N and L blocks where they still have litigation issues, but up to my knowledge some places are clear now, for example i was about to buy a plot in M block of 1 Kanal in 2010 where DHA was taking an affivadit that i will not ask for possession as the place/park is in litigation, for 28 lacs, later in 2013, when i sold that plot, litigation was over and the same plot fetched 57 lacs.
You should keep your plot, DHA will clear the litigation issue as you can not do anything about it and then you will be able to sell it on a much better price, i am not sure of the current rates of plots rite now.
