I need a sincere and honest advise about buying a plot measuring 40x80 or 1 kanal for future house building or sale for better returns.
I am mostly interested in CDA plots please advise on a good sector which is neat and clean, please don't recommend g-13 or 14.
I am planning to buy in December this year.
