I am planing to purchase plot in al haram ciity rawalpindi can any one advice me is good for 4 to 5 years investment or not?
I was going to ask the same question. The plots seems to be dirt cheap. Not that a bad location too. I read may be they have the NOC issues.

Alharam increased its prices in las few months, but society is not promising,not fulfilling its requirement, low investment and low return society.
its better for who cant invest in better option, unluckily Chakri road is not offering any good opps. If there is ring road it will bring some fruits.
