I have a plot in Alhamra avenue housing scheme Islamabad. In capitol block measuring 500 yards, corner, no. 94. This block is totally owned by Pakistan air force, Shaheen foundation. 80 percent development work is said to be complete. Is there any offer for this?

The current status of this block is that development work is being carried out. The location of this scheme is between the announced schemes of CDA (120 lac per kanal) and Bahria Town announced scheme (60 lac per kanal). Basically this scheme is being developed by Arif Habib's company. Shaheen foundation (as i have talked to them on 27th Sept, 2012, PAF has informed that the media campaign will be launched in Dec. 2012 which is expected to be between the price of both the schemes mentioned above. Since I have to pay some loan i just cannot wait for another three months.
My asking price is 40 lac. I have to pay certain no. Of installment to PAF which i shall clear, if a deal is concluded.
