Bahria orchard phase 8 launches new booking of 5 and 8 marla plots
This is the 4th time that new plots in bahria orchard phase 8 rawalpindi have been launched. Bahria town has introduced 5 and 8 marla residential plots in this new launch.
Experts are requested to input
I. What are its prospects ?
Ii. What are the dimensions of 5 & 8-marla plot in orchard as in enclave somewhere they have 25x45 also?
Iii. What is the payment payment mode for the purpose. Whether the payment has to be made to bahria town or someone else?
My advice will be to stay away, not hard to decide after seeing what bahria did in enclave 2 unless someone doesn’t know or remember that
People are hardly buying this new project of Bahria at the moment... They are launching again and again in pieces...
