I have property on ferozpur rd which was hibba to me & two other bros. One passed away the one in lahore is living above , under it are shops, 1/3rd is being leased out by the deceased brother’s wife & kids. 2/3rd’s rent is being collected by the one who is living in lahore. I gave him my part of rent for few years because he lived in england and told me that he will take care of family. Anyhow i am preparing to evict tenant who is our joint tenant.The one bro. Living in lahore claims the whole 2/3rd is his, because he has possession. The property has not been transferred or recorded in any one of our names still on our father. Tax papers name us all three. I am in a process of filing a suite to recover money he collected from my tenant and for the division and eviction of tenant. I was an advocate in pakistan and a real estate broker in california. I know this work. My question is 1- i have no faith pakistani legal system 2- i am here and defendant/ bros is lahore 3-i want to sell as soon as possible. What options do i have?
