Can anyone tell me if Audit and Accounts Phase 2 (Khalid Bin Waleed Block) will be safe, good for investment and give profit and what is eta for development?
Hello, In my opinion, the prices of plots in Audit and Accounts - phase 2 are still prominently low that small investors can invest there. However, i am not yet sure about the development status in the locality.
If the development is underway and you can see that the developer is serious about its development, then you can invest. For me the main attraction is the low prices and i can expect that the prices would go up in the coming time inshaALLAH...Thats my personal opinion. You can check with other experts as well.

Investing in property is never a loss, aaj nahi tou kal rate bahr hi jatay hain, instead of keeping your money still in accounts or in form of gold, buy property and buy it where its cheap today because that’s how you increase your expected profit.
Hmmm right. Money could be best preserved in the from of Gold if you are going for savings but if you want spiking rise of property overnight then its plots for you.
