Please advise on whether AWT D-18 is a good investment. Prices are now 30 lac per Kanal.
Awt is a good option due to interchange work but its a bit away u should check echs and cdechs also as people are living there
Interchange is the catch, prices will increase in future, still access wise check other sectors as suggested by Syed Ibrahim.
Nothing but investors buying in AWT, however, their is hardly any people living there. You will get good profit when populated in about 4-5 years. But you will notice some sort of profit when the interchange is complete so good place for investment.
@Mustafa. Prices were 30 lac for kanal 4 months ago in the earlier blocks, and are now past 35 in good locations. I hope you are not thinking of getting a kanal in G block, its better to avoid that. AWT has good upside potential but will you need to pick your plot location carefully.
