AWT, PECHS, or University Town...Which one?

Searching to buy a cheap plot for long term investment, near the airport i have managed to narrow down my search to three: - PECHS - AWT - University Town

ANY EXPERT OPINION ON WHICH ONE IS A GOOD INVESTMENT TO BUILD A HOUSE ON IN 5-10 YRS TIME?

Im interested in the above...Any guidance would be appreciated?

Pechs is best option and this is the right time to invest. For living, short term or long term investment, it is ideal place due to its location.

Is the pechs site all fully developed and can it be transfered? is the smallest plot only 10marla?

Pechs is a developed society. 2 kanal, 1 kanal, 10 marla plots are available in developed sectors with possession available. Now they have launched k block with 30x70 size residential plots on one year installment plan. Development is in progress in k block.

I remember last month whilst i was there, some parts were getting developed, i was getting rough estimates of the price guide of 10marla was 8-10lakhs....Dependant upon area...

Now you cant get a cheaper 10marla for less than 14lakhs!...Any chance of the price comming down?

Also are awt plots developed?

Prices in pechs are increasing day by day. Now you can not get a developed plot of 42x65 size in less then 16 lacs. In k block which is under development, there 30x70 size plot is available in 16 lacs. Down payment is 6 lacs and remaining 10 lacs to be paid in one year time.

Forget that, i will pass pechs, made a huge mistake should have invested last month! Do you have any news on ichs? Is that developed, why are plots there cheap, and how far from pechs and airport?

I hv found a 2 kanal plot of size 90x120 worth price of 40 lakhs in starting blocks a and e . I think if any one is planing for big home in future than he should go for pechs. Comparatively in g13 as 4 marla plot of size 25x40 is worth 50 lakh plus. If you have a good car and there is good double road than it will take just 20 min to reach in islamabad. So my choice will be pechs… Good luck

Prices increasing day by day in pechs. Cargo is expected to start in next one month. All arrangements r made for cargo operations. I anyone want to do good investment my advice and recommendation would be only pechs.

Pechs seems to be far too expensive for such small plots aswell!

For quick short term investment i think PECHS would be ideal and since its mostly developed aswell, but the price is far too expensive.

Is AWT fully developed or still in progress?

Awt is approx. 70% developed but still gas not available. Prices r low there but the main thing is its approach. From gt road, we have to cross d17 then echs and then we reach to awt. Yes it can be a good long term investment and when it will get access from peshawar motorway, its prices will increase. But it will take time. Pechs prices r still in range and has potential to get more jump in prices. Either short term or long term, my advice would be pechs.
