I have seen commercial plaza being constructed at the entrance of block A of B 17. Are these being developed by from authentic persons/builders. And what are the pros and cons purchasing flat/shop with these guys as short term investment. Also what is procedure from MPCHS for the safe guarding the people purchasing flat and shops there.
Is this safe investment?

Do u have idea about the procedure of MPCHS for the verification of the credentials of developer of the plazas at the entrance gate of b17 ? If u know can u advise a little bit more?
