Guys need your expert opinion for the couple of investments I have in B-17. How do you guys see where the prices would be of 50x90 and 60x90 B block plots in 6 months to 2 years time. Also would it worth to sell my investment in Bahria Safari Valley Ali Block (7 Marla plot) and buy some 35x70 or 40x80 in B to E blocks of B-17? Please bear in mind I do have other investments in Bahria town in 50x100 sizes, so it won’t be like putting all the eggs in one basket…
