When next price jump is expected in b-17 specially d lock
There may be no jump for next 12 to 15 months in D block, how ever a jump is expected in E block after Jun 14
With latest news about MA , B-17 is expected to have some more gain before possesion i guess.
D block will also benefit if B-17 oveall will increase
As far as I know there is no latest news about margalla avenue yet?

Insha-Allah if this is true, B-17; D-17; E-16/17 should be ready for another jump as soon as work restarts.
Good news
Margalla avenue plan has been modified. 2.5 km road will now be passing at the northern side of D-12 instead of southern.
Reason was because people of Shah Allah ditta were not selling their land to CDA. Now we can hope that margalla avenue work will be started anytime soon.

Next Jump for B-17 E-block after pocession expecting in Jul-2014.The jump will not be too big because the prices are high already may be 2-3 lacs in my opinion.
