Sorry to bother you again & again. I hope this would be the last question to make a decision :-)
What could be the best choice between b-17 & bahria garden city to invest for 2 to 3 years to get the maximum return. This is purely for investment purpose. I am not going to construct the home in either of these two locations.

B-17 is good also having prices lesser then Garden city.
