B-17 vs DHA Phase 2 Extension Or DHA Valley

Can some one compare the B-17, DHA phase-2 extension, and DHA valley property investments? Which one is the best for max. Short term or long term investment without considering the budget? Thank you for your expert opinion!

What size of plot (5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, or 1 Kanal) and block should be preferred in B-17 for maximum return over investment? I seen in a question thread that some one told not to buy in B-17 sector D due to some possession and development issues. Is this true? Please advise. Thank you.

Their is no 5 marla plot in B-17, A, B and C blocks have possession and rates are high there, He is right about the D block issue, they haven't acquired the land or started development in D sector uptill now. E block is the best investment as possession is expected in June 2014, Development is already complete, you can view that from Google Earth. 3060 plot prices vary from 16-18.5 Lac 3570 plot prices vary from 22-17 Lac and the prices continue to rise for bigger size plots.

DHA valley is a very long term investment, and the no. Of plots are too high, you can buy a plot in valley later on. DHA phase 2 extension are files in real sense and it's a gamble, the prices were 18 last week and today i heard the prices are 21-22, so i won't never opt to buy a plot in Valley or DHA Phase 2 extension, solid land which is B-17 is a very nice option here so no Comparison.
