Saadi bhai this all depends on location of plot it was not an outstanding location plot it was normal plot and in the market there are alot of potential buyers for 3060 and 5090 market is slow than 30*60 and except that overall market is slow as well it was my friends plot actually and he was getting most offers of 47 to 48lac so when he got that offer he sold it cause he was in urgent need of money

Dear Khan sb, There is very little activity in B 17 these days. As i told you around 24 you can get a average location plot easily.
