Is there any option of getting your BE-II files cancelled? I read it somewhere that you can get your BE-II files cancelled and all your paid amount will be refunded with 15%-20% deduction.
If that is possible, what is the suggested way forward for a file on which about 25 lacs have been paid already? Getting this file cancelled or getting this amount adjusted in new booking (8 marla) in BE-I?
Very difficult question... If you want to get out of BE, then the best option would be sell it, or get return... I think they will deduct 25%, I am not sure, you need to ask them officially....
If you want to stick to BE, then you can adjust that in BE-1 8 Marla, but one thing I tell you, that the location and map of new 8 marla may change few times, so, be ready for that....
