Anyone could tell me what is the latest progress of Bahria Enclave. I heard Bahria has started giving possession of the plots in some area.
As I know the work was in profess and I do no think it would be completed so soon.

Well from what I know Bahria Enclave phase 1 is ready for construction i.e. They have electricity, water and gas. One or two houses are already in construction there. I know a few of my family members who are about to start construction of their home in B.E.
Thanks you very much for your updates. How will you rate the Bahria enclave's future as many of you have reservations due to the recent court cases against Malik Riaz.
Do yo still recommend that investor should carry on with the same way or they should take a break for the time being.

Well I think Bahria Enclave is a little bit risky. But I think phase 1 is less risky. And if some one does not want to take any risk at all then they should wait for 1-2 years for things to be much more clear about be.
