Sector M kanal plots are almost ready... Possession would depend upon the management to decide, as they would want the access road to be completed...
It is good for long term investment. The location at the moment of Sector M is at the back end of BE project, touching Simly dam road.... However, it will expand beyond this point as well...

Investment For 3 years.
5M or 8M Plots are easier to resell so I would advise to invest in smaller plots. However these sizes are available in other sectors of Bahria Enclave.
