Bahria Garden City Investment And Future

Can someone advise me if Bahria Garden City is a good investment nowadays? And what are the future prospects for this project? Also want to know about the expected possession date.

Sir bahria garden city is good investment if you can keep it for at least a year or so…It is heard that malik riaz sb inaugurating garden city on the 25th of next month.Possession is expected soon but no official date has been announced.I have a couple of 1 kanal plots for sale directly from owners there…If interested contact at:saadzafar92@outlook.com

I wanted to know about the current development works going on. Which is a better option 1 Kanal or 10 Marlas?

Sir do not go for zone 6 as it is not developed…Zone 7,8,9 development is going on at good pace and possession is expected shortly…10M and 1 kanal both are good for investment but only if you keep it for a year or more…A small jump is expected on inauguration.

Please give ur opinion about investing in L block ph 8. Can i get a 10 marla plot in 33 lac budget there. When is its possession expected and how much price increase in expected.

Also please advise me on a good rates for I kaal an 10 marla plots in garden city?

@ muhammad its better not to invest in bt phase 8 at this stage for short term.If you can wait then buy and it is better to get a possession plot..

1 kanal in zone 8 is around 22-27 lakh, zone 7 is around 20.

10 marla in zone 9 is between 15-25 depending on plot

zone 8 is recomended as most of it is at a height and level.

I have been offered plot no 33. Street 09. Boulevard. Corner. Extra land at 3 million own in zone 07. Isn’t it high?

Brother ahad it sounds abit expensive as market is very slow at the moment.

i am trying to sell my zone 8 plot and getting 500,000 less as compared to early november.

id recommend you to find a different plot as double category plot also had a 20% additional price to a standard plot.

@ zane ali..Bro really it is very difficult to quote exact price bracket like you mentioned..Every thing depends upon plot..zone 7 has expensive plots aswell..

I heard L block possession is planned by mid 2014 and its price will have a jump then. As awami villa 3 possession is planned in 2014 also, it will also give boost to L block, as L block construction is complete, only possession is due now. Can you explain why its not advisable to invest there now, as prices are low at this point of time.
