Is bahria golf city and gulberg greens in islamabad are good investments? What will be their future?
Location wise Gulberg greens is a good project. So far development standard is excellent and work in progress with good pace. It will be a future living for the elites. Don’t know much about Golf city senior members may shed some light on it.
I agree with altaf hussain what i have seen market is going down everywhere except gulberg project prices are in upward trend at the moment

Both are good investments and surely elite class will be living there.Gulberg Farm house comparatively cheaper could be preferable.
Thanks everyone for their suggestions…i need more info about this as i have already bought 2 plots in gulberg greens and planned to buy villa in golf city. Not interested in other housing projects.

I am sure you are watching the market more closely then just reading this forum. To an investor, I would suggest to put you money where it is safe and where the return is higher. Keeping in view land and property scams in Pakistan, I would suggest you to prefer the first (safe) option over the profitable.
Golf city is high-end housing meant for elites only who do not buy it for living but for retreat. Prices are already sky-high in Golf city. So you want to evaluate carefully whether it gives good return on investment.
@isloo I am not buying in bahria golf city as ‘INVESTOR’ like in markets…i just need an idea that buying it is ‘worth’…
