Bahria Golf City

Hi, I am interested in bahria golf city project, i have the following questions. 1. Will such project of resort succeed in pakistan and will shereton have high occupancy rate due to security conditions in pakistan 2. Is it advisable to move in permanently as a resident in a villa in su h resort location, pros ans cons pls 3. Will it be a good choice for investment. Inside isl city price of plot and house do appreciates but in such a resort project, it will appreciate or not 4. 13 marla villa asking price is 3.45 crore and plot is 1.5 crore, any comments Cheers Oraclefusions at gmail dot com

Sir it is an excellent project with the state of the art development.Very very elite project but in my view point u should also consider other options aswell towards zone 1…This project will achieve great success in my view point…

What about the 250 familiez who went to sup crt for stay order bec they claim it was their land that bgc took over??

Bahria Golf city is worth living place if one can afford that. Location and hilly environment is awesome, with state of the art facilities. 3.5 Crore will be for furnished villa?

Though its a good location, but I think its way over priced. Other options in the area would give you a much bigger piece of land for a fifth of this price.

Sir it is not over priced as bahria town is charging people for quality and standard.And it is a unique project in islamabad with state of art development in collaboration with sheraton…

Obviously sir this project is not an ordinary project…It is being constructed according to world class standards…

The big question is time period, i reckon its going to be 5 years minimu before we witness operation of facilities. We have similar examples of up scale projs like centarus giga proj in dha and the one const …

I don’t agree that this is the only high standard project in islamabad. Posh areas of zone 1 and existing bahria, DHA are far more better place than golf city. This place is not only high priced but also a far away and isolated one. The only attraction I see is sheraton which is not a mandatory life amenity at all. If some one has 4 crore to buy a house he should definitely opt for posh areas of islamabad much populated and having all civic amenities of life. This place can only be considered as a second vacation home or retired life villa suitable for people who want a quite life with a small local community.
