I have two slips. I can sell one or both or apply for 5 marla plots for both; the question is: if i don’t win a plot in the ballot, the maximum i should lose is my 15,000 rs. Original parchi fee x 2; if i do, is it expected that the plots will be on on after balloting?
Bahria has given adds in all newspapers on 2nd feb, its already in Jinnah newspaper plus will be on all other newspapers that bahria will adjust the people who fail in bloting with 3 lacs.
They wikl refund the token money plus 150000 form price.
Apply it or sell it you will be in benefit on both cases.
Nasir sb, I checked the news paper Ad, I have already seen it on 1st Feb. According to my understanding, it says that those people who will be successful in booking, will be given discounts of 1.5 lac to 5 lac in their total deposits. I am unable to understand that how you said, "bahria will adjust the people who fail in bloting with 3 lacs"??
Please comment...
Paji malik and co are playing all their cards,as per market response, now today aik or danaa dal dia ha guru na,if u are unsuccessfull ull get 150,000 back on top of the token money, which is a laughing stock, its means every one is winner initially as he ll allott files to every one,we are not his chahcha mamah that he give 150k back against original price of 15000,prism and co are being saved for the time being in order to sell their booklets of registration forms,if response is still not positive expect another advert requesting u to deposit just token money and participate in the ballotting, without any rebate later on,this country is not short of fools, get ready for another rip off poor souls,
Nasir sb, thanks for sharing the news...Here is the Ad link for other friends.
This sounds like a ponzi scheme - we'll double your money if you aren't successful.
Either that or EVERYONE will get some plot or the other; hence they are confident very few people will need to be given this extra money.
If everyone gets a plot will there be any more ON or will they start selling at loss as dealers try to offload like mad?
