Map is out and development work has been started. Balloting is expected in 2 months. Also, ON has started on one kanal files. For now 10 marla file is still available at level price but ON is expected to start in a couple of days on 10 marla too. Development work in Phase 3 was completed in less than 2 years from initial file stage.So several milestones expected - balloting, development, Ring Road etc
If you are willing to invest for mid term period investment its very good option however looking at the current market situation its not appropriate option to invest for short term gain.
