Also , my personal feeling is that this phase has more potential than other phases , as its not as pricy as ph 1 to 6 , where prices what crossed psychological barrier of 1 crore. And some development is yet to be completed like commercials , mosques and parks finishing. Houses are readily being constructed here anyway.
